When Ahsoka finds out who truly is behind the mask she throws away her lightsabers, same as Luke did in ROTJ, and says “I won’t fight you master” (again exactly like Luke). Vader looks at her and just stabs her.
I think this would show that Vader at this point in time is very cold hearded and not even his beloved Padawan can save Anakin. This sacrifices Ahsoka but I sort of never liked the time travel thing.
Just my opinion obviously, what do you think guys?
I think that would be interesting, although they kind of accomplished the same thing with the original. She sacrificed herself by staying, saying she wasn’t going to leave him again, to which Anakin responds “then you will die” which is the equivalent of what you suggested with him being so cold-hearted that even his Padawan can’t save him. But Ashoka isn’t going to just let herself die. She’ll fight this thing that took her master, occupying him to let the others escape. I think the original did a good job of showing ahsoka’s mindset and how far gone Anakin is. I agree that the time travel thing was a little weird, but at the same time the world between worlds was kinda cool. Idk, I like your idea of her not wanting to fight him, and how him stabbing an unarmed ahsoka is a little darker than just saying “then you will die” but I’m still happy with the fight scene we got, and at least they went for the same kind of emotions and mindsets that you suggested…with ahsoka being unwilling to leave him/ fight him and Anakin being so cold-hearted.
